I see dying brown trees...blood roses too
I see them wilt & they remind me of you
And I say to myself....what a horrible world
I see mushroom clouds & toxic seas
Light red blood stains....nights full of greed
And I say to myself...what a horrible world
The shades of blood is so pretty in your eyes
And I love all the scared faces of the people driving by
I see friends pretending they care about you
They're really thinking, 'I hate you!'
I hear babies dying...I push them out a window
They fall much farther than I'll EVER throw
